Non-Refund Policy for Consular Application Fees

In line with existing statutory directives, the Embassy would like to inform applicants that all Consular fees are non-refundable once paid to the Embassy's account. This policy also includes payments made for uncompleted and withdrawn applications.

Applicants should further note that in some exceptional circumstances, the processing time of Consular documents may vary irrespective of the initial time selected and paid for. Additionally, regarding visa applications, an authorised officer of the Embassy may approve different categories of visas in variance with that requested for in the initial application.
